PRINCE
RESIDENCE
Prince residence is located in a low-density area of residential locality at Tuticorin. This is a extension project. The existing house had a succession of watertight spaces: hallway, living-dining room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The project involves re-functionalizing the existing house and an extension of the terrace on the first floor.
The Jesudurai residence, nestled in a dense residential area of Tuticorin, is a thoughtfully designed 3bhk house that prioritizes natural light and ventilation. Its facade stands out with vertical fins crafted from MS steel and concrete, lending a contemporary and elegant look. Adding vibrancy to the building, a sizable planter is artfully incorporated into the facade, infusing the structure with life.
The Vasanth residence is located in the burgeoning residential enclave known as Gokulam Colony in Tenkasi. The architectural design features distinctive curves that dominate the surrounding landscape, overshadowing other houses in the vicinity. The use of bold shades of grey, white, and black adds a striking and unique presence to the residence, making it stand out prominently in its surroundings.
A clock tower, donated by JCI Tuticorin, stands proudly along a road. With a digital clock featuring blue LED displays on all sides, the tower symbolizes strength with its pillar-like design that expands like a funnel. At the flat top, the illuminated JCI logo reinforces the organization's enduring resilience.
